Outer Ring Road, Lucknow

The 104-km Outer Ring Road in the state capital is coming up at a cost of ₹5500 crore. It will cross six state highways and five national highways as it enters and leaves Lucknow. Vehicles will be able to move freely around the state capital from one end to another.
The construction work of the Outer Ring Road started in 2016 and was expected to finish in 2021. But due to Covid and other factors, the project got delayed. Now, it is expected to be completed in March 2024.
Demand for open spaces in an emerging metro like Lucknow has altered homebuyers' preferences. In the past two to three years, the demand for residential plots alongside the Outer Ring Road, including those near Faizabad Road, Shaheed Path, and Kisan Path, has increased by almost 40% , say civic experts.

The region has excellent healthcare facilities such as Arma Hospital, V N Hospital, and AL Fahmida Hospital & Maternity Centre.

Educational facilities in the region include Gupta Bal Vidya Mandir, R.S. International School, and Manarul Uloom Public School.
The area has many parks, including Durga Pooja Park, Sharda Park, Emotion Park, and Gomti Sector Park for relaxation and regular walks.
The Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Amausi is nearby, and residents can access it via NH-731.

Historical significance

Kisan Path, Lucknow, is also an attractive residential and investment destination due to its historical importance. The road leads to the historic town of Sultanpur. It was also a route to establish Lucknow's cultural connection with neighboring regions. Tourists can visit many landmarks of historical importance and heritage sites while on this road.
The road has yet to transform into a significant hub for residential and commercial activities. It is an attractive investment destination with the potential for further rapid growth.
